23+ year old Italian Restaurant in a stand-alone building with an outdoor patio with producing merlot grape vines growing on the trellises, a large three-tier fountain, and a more private rear terrace/sun room (for up to 16 guests). The patio includes an open-top as well as semi-enclosed (3 sides and top), all with overhead heating units.
