Beautiful food, wonderfully presented. It was apparent our server didn't know much about the food ( mispronounced some items, was unsure of some ingredients) but I'm assuming she was a Copine employee, so cut her some slack. She was very pleasant and professional. It's a nice space but the droning of the same beat of techno music for a couple hours was less than relaxing. The only menu item we didn't care for the was the biscuit served with dessert. It sounded like it was time consuming to prepare but was kind of a gut bomb. Really dense and not much flavor. The amuse bouches were a highlight, as was the spicy foam served with one of the courses
