The sashimi were fresh and value for money as we ordered the lunch with set top up. The chicken karaage should be renamed to chicken pops or removed from the menu. It is not Japanese karaage style for sure and tasted like frozen pre-processed.

Where we were sitting, it’s very closed to the traffic of guests coming in & leaving & service staff working. So felt a little ‘crowded’ and noisy. But although it was very busy with, it seemed there were only 2 service staffs, both were efficient and smiling, including the chefs in the kitchen. They seemed to be happy and made our experience a little more “special”. We frequent Omote at Thomson Plaza. We like it there. We were expecting Omote Special Edition a little more “special” that what it was offering.
