Had a great evening, staff as always very welcoming and polite. Always make sure we don’t sit around waiting on drinks which is perfect. It as my birthday and they came out with a sparkler and cocktail singing happy birthday which was a really nice touch. Thanks for another great experience and am looking forward to returning soon.

We had such an amazing experience at the med bar. The staff were soo lovely and helpful especially Karin. He made our night even better with his polite manners and helped me when I had questions. The food was delicious, I had the halloumi burger and being vegetarian it was the best I ever had! The cocktails were out of this world and I will love to come back for food and cocktails again.

It was a fantastic experience going to the medbar, further into the night it got very very crowded and it was impossible to move. The ladies toilets only had one working lock on one of the stalls and the mens toilet door got left open so the whole floor smelt like pee. It was still a very good night.

The only thing that spoils the ambience is a) the music was too loud but they did turn it down. I feel people prefer to hear themselves talk if they come in to eat before 6/7pm. b) The smoking tables outside are too close to the immediate tables inside so when it’s hot and if you are not smokers, you still have to smell smoke from outside. Please look at how to resolve this by maybe opening doors/windows in different areas away from smoking tables? Also what about non-smokers who would like to sit outside?

One member of staff was very rude, a young lady wearing a leopard print mask. She was very unhelpful and dismissive, but seemed to be incredibly helpful to any table with young men on. The drinks were not at all strong, and the pornstar martini tree we paid £85 for came without prosecco shots, and the glasses were half empty. I would have been happier paying £45 for it. I’ve never been served a pornstar martini without prosecco and i was shocked at how under-filled the glasses were. The website also needs updating as we were expecting ‘urban club’ music as there it states the bar is split into 2 rooms but it turns out that is not currently the case- i understand why but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Overall, most of the staff were lovely, particularly a young girl who i believe was on her frst shift, and Daniel too, however i was disappointed with the cocktails and was extremely shocked to discover cocktails stopped at 10pm! Unfortunately I had quite high expectations having paid a deposit and pre-paid for a ‘vip package’, but the whole experience felt very mediocre. I was also filmed by a member of staff without my consent which made me very uncomfortable.
