Please note: We do not run a fully hosted service. If you require additional drinks after receiving your package please order at the bar.
- All payments are non-refundable
- If you require an additional table(s), a £150 minimum spend of is required per table.
- Additional bottles & mixers can be ordered on the day of the booking for extra fee.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time. We DO NOT hold tables under any circumstances.
- If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your booking start time, your booking will be cancelled and table will be re-sold.
- Your deposit will be put towards your drinks package. Remaining amount for drinks package will have to be paid on arrival.
- All members of the group need to arrive by there booking time.
- Your booking slot can not be changed on the day to a different time.
- Management & Security reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Management & staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
- We have a 72hr cancellation/date change policy. Refunds will only be given to cancellations made 24hr before booking time. - We are happy to change the date of your booking and keep the deposit on the booking for the new date (Up to 6 weeks after original booking) and still deduct the deposit from the price on the new date, if you let us know 72hrs before your original booking. However, if you change the booking date less than 72hrs before your original booking then you cannot receive a deposit refund if you then try to cancel your new date. - Deposit's are non-refundable if you turn up on the day with less people without giving us 72hr notice. - Management & security reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason. - Management & staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time for any reason. - IMPORTANT INFO - TO CANCEL, CHANGE A BOOKING TIME OR DATE: Please contact us via: medbars.co.uk/contact - Please do not call as the staff at the venue cannot modify bookings.Business Hours
