Welcome! We are looking forward to welcoming you to our tasting room for farm to table cocktails featuring our own vodkas, gin, moonshine, spiced rum, bourbon and distilled IPA.
We offer outdoor and indoor cocktail service. We do not serve food, but invite you to bring your own, or order from a local restaurant. We do not accept reservations for parties smaller than 8 people. Please contact [email protected] if you have a larger party inquiry. We do not allow dogs. On Friday and Saturdays we are a 21 and over establishment. No one under 21 will be permitted to enter the tasting room or outdoor areas. On Sundays we are family friendly and allow all ages. - You can expect to enjoy delicious farm to glass cocktails made with our own vodka, potato vodka, gin, moonshine, spiced rum, bourbon and distilled IPA. We provide seasonal cocktails made with local ingredients whenever possible.
- Do you sell food?
- No, we do not sell food at the distillery. However, you may bring your own food with you or have it delivered. On *some* occasions we will have a food truck. Please check our social media or website for those days

It is such a relaxing atmosphere for friends to gather and talk around the fire. In the future it would be better if the staff came out to check on the tables to see if anything is needed or just to open a short conversation -- this would help to encourage visitors to order more drinks and ask questions about the distillery. Bartenders are one of the biggest assets a drinking establishment has but you seem to miss the opportunity here with not allowing patrons to sit at the bar.

Unable to rate food since it’s not available other than a food truck. I like the Food Truck Friday theme! Excellent service, always a smile, and very pleasant atmosphere. We live in Florence. And this place is the best place to go to , to enjoy the outdoors and amazing drinks. I tell everyone about it. Last minute date night escape, we drove about 30 min to try this place out and it was worth it. Thoughtful, hand-crafted cocktails that were just an explosion of complimentary flavors. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. The live music was top notch. We brought our own dinner and some cards and had a smashing time. Only wish was that it was open longer, they close at 8pm on Thursdays so we only had a few hours to enjoy. However there was no rushing us out at all. Really commendable service all around. We will be back with friends!

This is one of my favorite places to visit locally. The vibe is wonderful. Everyone is super friendly and the cocktails are very creative. Unfortunately the last 3 times within this year that I’ve visited, the drinks have been really really light in the liquor… and high on the sour mix. It’s been hard to taste all the special flavors the drinks claim to have, since the drinks have homemade bitters and syrups. Unfortunately all that has been lost. I miss the careful care of the drink ratios of the past. Last night I had their special margarita… the pumpkin fall one. All I tasted was sour mix. I could NOT taste the “rosemary” or the “squash” or “pumpkin “. I am wondering if the new bartenders need a little more training as to how to build their cocktails. I love this place but I hope they’re are going to focus back on their recipes and making sure to stay true to what the drinks claim to showcase. Also… I want to taste what they are know for … a bit of their actual liquor.

I had a reservation for inside and it ended up being a beautiful day so when I got there I asked if we could sit outside, he was so accommodating and got us set up in no time outside.

What a lovely, fun evening on a Friday afternoon. The cocktails are AWESOME! We tried several: Watermelon, peach, dark and stormy, mule, etc. All were wonderful, we can't wait to go again. The food truck makes it fun, the Maui Lu Hawaiin food was good, the ribs were awesome but overpriced, as they were advertised as a platter for two but offered only two ribs.

We had a lovely visit this past weekend and tried three of their specialty cocktails…the Lion’s share, the peach sour and the watermelon margarita. All three were luscious in their own way. From a very warm welcome from Carrie at the front desk to the ease in ordering and the fabulous cocktails, it was terrific! Cousins Lobster Truck was also there today.
We can't wait to try all the cocktails. Had the Southside Jane and the Twisted Gimlet. Both tasted so fresh. Our first time. We'll definitely be back.
So glad no kids are allowed!! Over 21 only! Finally a place to go for an adult experience.

Second time here and both times being on Food Truck Fridays. The drinks here are some of the best I've had, and being with a group the first time, we were able to taste most of the drinks on the menu and loved every one of them. Was most recently here with my husband and he loved the atmosphere and the drinks too. Will continue to come back.
