Great beer, lovely little seating area, a couple of nice food outlets, shelter from the rain and friendly staff. Toilets aren’t the best and some patio heaters would have been nice but overall really enjoyed and would definitely go back.

Tiny plastic chairs and no patio heaters although pipes cannot control the cold weather, paid £20 deposit for four people and one was the driver who had a soft drink, Pipes thought it was ok to keep the £5.00 change, I was not impressed and will not be returning
