I had a blast at Trops and very much enjoyed the Drag Brunch.
The reason I gave a 5 for service is because I ordered the carafe of Rasberry Mimosa and as I was stirring the mix up the carafe itself broke and spilled all over the table. Service was quick to clean it up but as I was waiting for a replacement I was informed that I had to order and pay for another one.
That was not right! I didn’t knock over the carafe, I didn’t spill it or drop it; the carafe broke as I was stirring it 30 seconds after it was set on the table.
Outside of that poor customer experience everything else was great. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
