Lovely meal, great food and venue. We will deffinitely be returning. Only observation is that it would have been better with one extra member of staff. The lovely lady serving was behind the bar and front of house. She seemed to have things under control but would have been better with another person.

The meal was very good. The waiting staff were excellent and very welcoming. We look forward to Sunday lunch in a fortnight and hope that by then you will have chicken as an option on the menu.

Great food and service as always. It busy with quite a few all at once and some who hadn't booked which caused some confusion. Place feels better with the changes you have made for dining but understand there are more to come. Portions great value and food cooked perfectly. Thank you

It was a very enjoyable evening and the food was good and the service friendly and welcoming. We were only sorry there were hardly any people in the pub and I think we were probabbly the only diners on Saturday evening. We will certainly go again.

Food was good not a lot though. Although the lady that was there was friendly it definitely lacks service, we never got asked if we would like dessert. No loo roll in ladies, but toilets were clean. The service definitely need improving. Thankfully dogs allowed now. We will go back but hope this feedback helps them improve as it was always a favourite a few years ago (before dog ban)

Disappointed, the singer didn't turn up & the manager wasn't around for an explanation. Our one guest's (man) was disappointed with the burger which just looked like it came from Macdonald's, not the normal burger mountain with dressings. The other guest (lady) had the seabass which only came with half a dozen new potatoes and a little dressing, which would not have been satisfying for a man, luckily she was on a diet..
