Had a terrifible night. Didn't like the butcher shop cheap breadcrumbs on the zucchini flowers entrer, main course veal was too salty We started eating our entree and our main arrived, complained to two wait staff and was ignored. Won't be back

My partner and I visited Gigi's for the first time to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Service was amazing and the food was incredible! Super tasty & great portion sizes. We will definitely be coming back :)

Great great service and copious meals. Loved the fact that gf and vegans are catered for in the menu. We had a family gathering for birthdays and the candle with desert was just a great touch. There was a little too much noise/loud music where we sat, overall loved it and will return.

Overall it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant and it was very reasonably priced. There were a couple of very, very minor issues with delivery of food, but it was quite busy. Highly recommended.

Food is always great, fantastic vegan options and the service is usually on point. They were a little understaffed the night I went, but hopefully this was a one off. Food came out very quick, but water bottles were not getting refilled in time and some tables were not cleared quickly after patrons left. Overall though, exceptional night.

Our order took awhile and food took ages to come out and vegan lasagna with truffle was dry. Food this time did im it taste fresh as usual and sauce on arancini was so thin like it was too watered down.

I asked the waitress if I could get a schnitzel with a sauce on it that was served with another menu item. She replied that it was ok. My meal arrived - schnitzel, no sauce. I enquired about the sauce. The dish was taken back, presumably to have the sauce put on it. After a considerable wait, the meal was returned. It was not the schnitzel, but the other menu item that had the sauce I wanted. The waitress told me at that point that I could not have schnitzel with sauce. Very disappointed as the schnitzel looked so much better than what I got. I would have appreciated being given the correct information at the outset. My husband had finished his dinner by the time mine arrived.

The food is fantastic and they have a lot of vegan options, but they got our order wrong several times and forgot to put some of our order through altogether. One person at our table hadn't gotten their pizza by the time others had completely finished. The staff weren't concerned or apologetic which was a shame.
