We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday with friends and family at Masala Kitchen, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it perfect for a special occasion, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough and we’re already looking forward to dining here again

Great Discovery in Bella Vista. One of the better Indian Restaurants we have been to in awhile.
Some mistakes made between food order and table service. Wine Glass had lipstick on it.
Whilst food was delicious and good value. Alcohol was pricy. Glass of white wine $12 and Bacardi with coke $15.

We enjoyed our meal at Masala Kitchen - Norwest. The food was really delicious and the service was very good although the mains took some time to arrive.
Unfortunately, there was no record of our booking when we arrived but that was not a problem. The restaurant was very noisy probably due to the big number of families eating there. Only 2 hours free parking was an issue as we had to hurry at the end. We would definitely recommend the excellent food.

Asked for wild turkey and dry.
I was asked if it wanted it on the rocks or neat.
Drink comes out neat.
If the waitress didn't know what dry was why didn't she ask me or the bar tender
I then had to explain dry was the same as ginger ale.
I think got a small amount of dry in a little serving glass. Unchilled. And I had to pour myself.
Charged extra $4.50
Plus my daughters drink went from $10 to $19 because you couldn't supply.
Your bar items and staff need more training. Sorry but some honesty

Entree was good, but for the mains I ordered Chicken Biryani that was absolutely disgusting, no flavors food was cold looking at it makes you sick. I wanted something else but after 10 minutes I was told that there is a gas leak, and it will take some time. They did not charge me for the biryani.

Food was excellent. They must have been short staffed as the service wasn't great - took about 20 mins to order anything including drinks and we had to ask several times, table wasn't cleared from previous diners despite us asking a couple of times so we cleared it ourselves just before our food arrived. They were busy due to a concert, perhaps trying to accept too many diners than they could cope with. Food was great.
