Brigade of Gurkha is the collective name which refers to all the units in the British Army that are composed of Nepalese Gurkha soldiers who are well known for their khukuris. The Gurkha Brigade Nepalese and Indian cuisine is run by the Gurkhas army Family.
The Gurkha Brigade Nepalese Indian restaurant’s head chef Mr. Laxmi who was born and grown up in ruler village in Nepal where daily food is cooked fresh with local product ingredients. Mr. Laxmi has 25 years of experience in kitchen who have passion in cooking and following his traditional ways of cooking. As well Hari has 15 years of experience in hospitality field. He has been working in many Nepalese and Indian cousins.
