The Mother’s Day brunch at Embassy Suites by Hilton exceeded all of our expectations. We booked it based only on positive reviews from previous years, and it absolutely lived up to the praise. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully done. The tables were elegantly decorated with lighted floral centerpieces, and there was a gorgeous flower wall that made the perfect backdrop for family photos. One especially thoughtful touch was a flower cart where each mom could create her own bouquet arrangement. The food selection and quality were truly outstanding. There were live stations for prime rib, crepes, and omelets, along with an incredible variety of offerings including lox and cream cheese bagels, charcuterie boards, fresh fruit, a biscuit bar with numerous toppings, frittatas, shrimp and grits, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and even huevos rancheros. There were also plenty of kid-friendly options, which made it enjoyable for the entire family. And the desserts — absolutely incredible. The variety and presentation were amazing. As an added bonus, the moms were treated to complimentary mimosas, which was such a nice touch. I also want to recognize the manager overseeing the brunch and the entire staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and attentive. The manager remained in the brunch area the entire time, personally observing and interacting with guests, always with a smile on his face. You could genuinely tell he was proud of what they created, and he had every reason to be. My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience — from the beautiful setup, to the outstanding staff, to the phenomenal food. We will absolutely be back next year!
