Room acoustics worked very well, table settings were nicely done, a good experince for our party of 4 including 2 guests to the club. We had reservations at 8, initial service a bit slow, menu choices already limited (sold out), seating location much appreciated (by accident or design, hasn't worked out that well for more than a few events).

White table cloths would have really increased the ambience. Medium rare was well done on all our servings ! Service was excellent & super value .

Veal was delicious but the accompanying linguine was bland and oily (due to butter). There was a bit too much salt in the veal for my taste (while the linguine had none). It would be nice if decaf coffee was available.

Making reservations is overly complex, going back and forth from email to website and back to email. We had a group of ten celebrating a birthday. On previous reservations, you could state you wanted to be with a group at one table; this was not available this time. The person organizing our group sent an email to the social event organizer and restaurant manager stating who was at our table. After sitting down at our table, which had a reservation sign on it for our group, the restaurant manager came over and said that my wife and I were suppose to be sitting somewhere else. The organizer of our group said she had sent an email copying the restaurant manager. The manager said she didn’t receive it. Email was produced. I felt very uncomfortable during this. We were allowed to sit at the table. We have gone to the Robbie Burns dinner, Clara Gravely fund raiser, Valentine’s dinner this year and didn’t have a problem.

Friday Fine dining is an ‘interesting’ experience. It is tough to have fine dining with such a diverse crowd. A couple of points: the tables are ‘strewn’ over a large area - which negates any feeling of intimacy. Suggestion - try moving the tables much more closely, to get the feel of a ‘real bistro/restaurant. My meal came about 12 minutes before the rest of the table. Why is it that this catering service can’t seem to grasp this important factor so all the guests at one table can actually eat at the same time? Over all the experience is improving, thank you for making it better so far!
