Staff was incredibly friendly, let me coat check my sweat and my birthday gifts, and even gave me a bigger bag to put my gifts in. Was a perfect spot for a birthday, and I’ll be returning for sure

The whole team had an amazing time, everything was perfect, there were so many diverse games for everyone and the food was amazing too. All the workers were super nice and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The only feedback is that there was only one person at the upstairs bar, and at times no one there, which wasn't a big deal but sometimes there would be a lineup of people waiting. If there was another worker there it would have been absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for everything, we will be back :)

A few games were unplayable. It’s good for people who are over a certain age as someone who is 19 it was harder to navigate and figure out certain consoles as we have never experienced them before. The tv with the tapes wasn’t working either. The slushies we ordered were amazing! I’m not big on alcohol but this was one of the best alcoholic slushies I’ve ever had. We had a male server he was quite funny and called my water the opp. He was very helpful when we had trouble playing. We mainly were on the second floor than the 1st. Would come back but would definitely look more into how to navigate around some of the consoles beforehand.

What great value for hours of entertainment! Didn’t order any food so couldn’t rate it. My only suggestion for improvement would be to accept debit or credit for the cover. If that’s not possible, a reminder on the confirmation email that only cash is accepted would be great so guests aren’t subjected to ATM fees. The rest of the night was awesome though - thank you so much!

Great prices! Staff was very friendly! A little smaller than I expected but still managed to play a few games/find a games table and move around the bar without too much hassle. Music was great upstairs! Wish they had more of a designated space for dancing as right now the DJ is located upstairs in the middle of the room. Also a little stuffy upstairs, could start to smell the sweat a bit. Overall really fun vibes, something for everyone and great place to get the night started!

We booked a table which covered entrance fee. When we arrived we had 7 people sitting at a 4 people max table. We booked the table through the manager and the servers said the manager didn’t tell them, so we waited 15 minutes for the servers to tell us they don’t take table bookings.

We didn't even really have a reservation even though I booked it through TableAgent. I was told that we didn't have a table for 10 and the reservation was for "entry" which doesn't make any sense. If I had to email the manager to get a reservation that's fine, I just wish the website was clear about that and honestly I felt duped - especially because I actually like this place. It isn't fair that for my friend's birthday party I had to struggle to find her party of 10 a table even though I made a reservation in advance.

We made a reservation for a group of 18 and not everyone from the group was able to make it in because it was crowded. Everyone arrived within minutes of each other and some people didn't make it in after standing outside for hours.
Apart from that, the staff is lovely and it is a great vibe!

Loved the whole concept and the great amount of fun games to play. Loved that the food and drinks were a good price. Wished I came on a busier day (we came Monday) as there would have probably been more people and a livelier ambiance. No cover fee on Mondays is great though.
