The food was spectacular, the ambience is very relaxing. The shrimp, brisket and passion fruit jerk tacos are a must! The owners and workers are absolutely phenomenal, will certainly be coming back!

came here for my birthday brunch and loved every second of it. as always, the service was great. they handled a large group (14 people) incredibly! they were very attentive, and did their best to make the experience pleasant for us. the food was amazing as well - all my guests were super impressed with the dishes! very thankful to have got to host my birthday here, it was perfect!

The place was really great, especially the quality of food and drinks; but only having one bartender also serving, after what he admitted was a very long working week, definitely impacted the quality of service. If your focus is going to be on an ornate cocktail menu, you probably need to have more than one person working out front to ensure they're being made and delivered in a timely manner.
We all still had a great time, but definitely room for improvement.

The food is very good. The ambiance, the staff were all nice and personable.
The establishment is clean, the washroom has a nice decor.
Unfortunately, they were understaffed and this affected the service given.
The owner did his absolute best as when I arrived he immediately greeted my table and asked if I needed anything but then after that it was cricket's.
I would definitely return as I think they have a lot of great potential. Once staff arrived you saw how quickly the food was coming out the kitchen.
I think they need a better process from taking orders and communicating with the kitchen. Maybe an automative process.
We waited a very long time for our food. The table beside us also waited a very long time. When we arrived on Tuesday it wasn't clear that we couldn't order anything else from the menu. When you enter there is no greeting or a sign to say to wait for someone to come and sit you
All these things impact the customer service from the time you enter till you leave.
Again, understaffed so I appreciate this may be a one off, but its still important to mention.
Totally going back and I recommend to everyone.

I have been to Industry a few times. The food is lovely. Wonderful flavours and beautifully presented. Many shareable plates. Usually, the service is very good. The chef often attends to customers to discuss the dishes and ensure that customers are enjoying them.
This last time, the service was slow. We placed an order for a bottle of wine shortly after we sat down, and before we ordered food. About 10 minutes later the waiter returned for our food order and we reminded him about the wine.
Empty dishes remained on the table when new plates of food arrived.
This is unusual but the restaurant was not busy when we arrived and though it got busier over the time we were there, it was not fiull.
