F.A.Q.s
Frequently Asked Questions- What if there is unfavourable weather or one of my guests can't make it? Will we be issued a refund?
- Due to the nature of the dinners the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 72hrs. In the event of rain we have set out certain dates to host a makeup dinner. In the event of two rain dates in a row, money will then be refunded from Ration. If individual guests are not able to make their reservation, dining tickets may be transferred to new guests upon a successful booking in the original guests place as we need to know about allergens prior to the event.
- What if I can't get one of my guests allergies to you?
- Allergens that have not been addressed prior to 72hrs of the dinner will not be able to be honoured. We will do our best to stay away from most common allergens as a rule.
- How are you addressing the concerns of COVID-19?
- Due to the current pandemic, we at Ration believe that outdoor, open-air dining is the only acceptable way to dine, tables are sanitized before your arrival and hand sanitizer is provided on premise. Ration has the right to take guests temperatures prior to allowing the guest into the dining room. If a guest show symptoms of sickness Ration reserves the right to deny entry and service. Their deposit may not be returned but rather reimbursed as a Ration Gift Card. Please use your best judgment
- Is there Parking available?
- This is an event accompanied by alcohol consumed. Ration encourages all guests to Uber or Lyft to and from the event. Street Parking is available or Parking is available in the lot at College and Crawford. Parking will not be provided by Ration.
