The Clubhouse sandwich was warm, fresh and tasty. The French toast was also delicious. Irene, our server, was very helpful and simply a lovely human being. And the views were great of course.

service a little lacking but there was a large crown and only 2 servers. Also when I emailed back that there would only be 2 of us not 4 as originally stated, it didn't seem to "take". We also asked for a window seat and didn't get it. But the food was great!!!

FYI....MORE....DIMMING OF LIGHTS IN THE DINING AREA.. TO SHOW OFF THE FABULOUD..DECORATIONS....,,REFLECTING IN THE WINDOWS. ESPECIALLY THE 2 LARGE ABOVE CEILING LIGHTS IN THE LOUNGE...SO WE CAN ENJOY THE FIREPLACE...MORE. MAYBE...BRING BACK LITTLE TEA LIGHT CANDLES FOR THE TABLES ?? CHEERS

We enjoyed our meal and felt that it was very good value. The service was excellent and the waitress was pleasant. A minor problem was the overhead fan but I understand that it is one in a series and others in the room seemed to have no problem with the draught. All in all, a most enjoyable experience Jim Lackie

Hi babu..not your best effort this time..escargot was sweet ?? ..usually this dish is with butter + garlic ? Shrimp pasta this time .. not crispy ! What is up with lovely new blue tablecloths..that are always wrinkled ?? Loses the elegant effect ! But, last Friday's lambshank as always excellent.. Plus eggs benjamin Sat..amazing..my skipper.. loved both meals..as I did.

Chicken special was mediocre. The vegetables are always the same boring undercooked green beans and carrots. They need to increase their choice of vegetables. Only Chardonnay wine available was Canadian. The restaurant needs to have a better wine selection.

Our evening was a challenge due to the large, very boisterous (inconsiderate) group beside us. This is not the first time this has happened. It would be great to put the large table somewhere else. The music speaker was right there too. At one point the group was so noisy the person across the table from me couldn’t hear me. Balcony is otherwise great most of the time. Always has been. Food just as expected. Servers were great; very personable. Note to self - don’t sit anywhere near the large table ever. It’s a shame because that table is in a great spot but several times I’ve noticed that those in a large group - don’t care about ambiance, view, or other diners.
