Our focus is to utilize hyperlocal, unique substrates and botanicals that truly represent our region, and our passion to create spirits and cocktails with intention, and uncompromising quality.
Reservations
Booking Notes:
A maximum of 6 bodies (dogs, children, etc) is allowed, no exceptions. When you arrive, please check in with host. We allow a 15 minute grace period if arriving late. Reservations are for 75min (1:15). No outside beverages! No smoking!
Please arrive 15-20 min early, as you will have time to order a cocktail, and enter your yurt with a libation in hand.
A $50 cancellation fee, and cleaning fee, will be charged if you do not show for your reservation, or you leave a yurt in terrible condition.

We had such a fun time. The tasting before cocktails made all the difference. The cocktails OMG so good. The staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Our yurt was very cozy. I can't wait to come back.

We did not have food so we can't quite rate it but we rented a yurt and it was a blast. The yurts are SO warm, ordering via the waitlist was easy and convenient, and we did a quick tasting when we came in to close out and ended up leaving with several bottles. The drinks are great and so are the spirits.

Super friendly host and bartender but super limited drink menu with overpriced drinks for the ingredients and time it takes to make them. Much different experience with the menu than in the summer. The yurt works best with no more than 4 people even though they say 6 is the max.
