We had a great time. It was our first time using the igloos. When we first walked in it was probably 90°, so we had to figure out how to regulate the heat. Once we figured that out it was very pleasant. The seat cushions were a little flat and slid around too much. The wait staff were all very kind, attentive and helpful. We had the fried mushrooms and they were very good. The beer was good, but ironically in the winter the beer was not cold enough. We are from Indianapolis and have been coming to Hop Lot since you opened. It is one of our favorite places. Each time we come we experience a new amenity. The igloos hit it out of the park. Nice job on whoever came up with that idea. Thanks for a fun evening.

We love visiting HopLot every year on our winter vacation. The service is great, the igloos are so fun, and the outdoor fire pits and overall ambiance are just amazing. I love that you offer this. I love that there’s no minimum number of people and that I don’t have to pay for the igloo and it allows us to spend more money on the food and drink we want! The only thing I would change is perhaps some sort of non dripping vent system.

We love hop lot year round! But the igloos are fun way to spend a winter evening with friend and family. Quick service on food and drinks. Everyone is always pleasant. The bonfires are really popular. We would love to enjoy the fire but they are always too crowded usually with families and lots of little kids. Maybe have more fires pits if space allows.

We had a group of 24 this past Saturday. I had two igloos reserved; one at 12:15, one at 12:30. When I had called to see if additional people could be accommodated I was told there would not be a problem fitting the additional guests in other igloos, and we didn't care if we were with other people. When checking in I was told that wasn't an option by one person and another advised we could. Two entire igloos were empty the entire time we were there and no one joined in the extra igloo. The additional 6 people ordered food and alcohol. You could have lost our on that revenue, as they were going to leave and go elsewhere. Please be more aware of the accommodations before turning someone away!
