Dinner service has arrived! Our Winter Capstone Kitchen session will run from January 21st through March 18th, 2020. Each week we will be featuring a globally inspired 5 course tasting menu. ** Capstone Kitchen is a student run restaurant designed to showcase the talent and skills of the upcoming graduates of the Wine Country Culinary Institute. ** Since our seating is extremely limited we WILL NOT be using Table Agent for reservations during Winter Quarter Dinner Service. All reservation need to be made via email at [email protected] or by calling the office at (509) 527-4557. ** A menu and reservation email will be sent out to accommodate a 2 week time frame. If you are not on our mailing list please email the above address and we'll gladly add you. ** We greatly value our Capstone Kitchen supporters and our students who are working diligently to make this experience memorable for you. As such, No-Shows or guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not receive an additional reservation for the season and any subsequent reservations may be cancelled. **
