They did not have our reservations I made thru Tableagent. I did have a confirmation by email. We did not enjoy the seats or table they gave us. Disappointed for my our

The food and service was excellent. The best advice I could offer has to do with employee attire. On a special event dinner as this was, I feel that the employees should have dressed more appropriately especially when considering the cost of the dinner. Many people were wearing blue jeans and tops that were simply not a professional look. Even if all the employees were wearing coordinating black slacks and either a red top for Valentine's Day, or even a black dress shirt, the restaurant would come off as being much more professional.

We love the Horseshoe Grill. They offer the best steaks in Tucson's Eastside. It appeared that a new server was being trained at 1500 on a Friday, resulting in an awkward server hand-off. The steaks were perfect as always. As to ambience, I prefer NOT to be surrounded by operating televisions when I am out with my bride - it distracts my attention from her.
If you haven't been to the Horseshoe recently, you should give them a try. Perhaps we will see you there, because we will certainly be back!

Easter Sunday brunch was very good, but not quite what we were hoping for. Service was flawless but the country music and cramped booths were negatives for us. Nonetheless, many of the buffet items were delicious.
