Had a great day by the pool, very polite staff, good food and drinks, excellent facilities ( really good, private pool side showers. Gets very busy in the evening. This was our second time and we will return.

The value is very worth it and everything from cocktails, soft drinks, food and desserts where amazing.
The pool is wonderful, just a suggestion maybe due to its size there could be adult only hours because at certain times we ended up with children throwing balls at us and splashing.
Other than that it was an amazing day we will be back! Keep it up

OVERALL VERY GOOD & PARTICULARLY THE BAR STAFF & CERTAINLY OLIVER. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY & SERVICE FIRST CLASS. THE NOISE LEVEL WAS VERY HIGH WITH MANY KIDS BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED IN SUMMER HOLIDAYS & A HOTEL. ONE THING YOU SHOULD DO IS POLICE THE AREA, YOU STATE NO INFLATABLES IN THE POOL BUT THERE WERE 3 LARGE RINGS WHICH WE FIND ANNOYING IN SUCH A SMALL POOL. THE SPLASHING THEY CAUSE IS VERY ANNOYING

We had our first day by the pool and it was an incredible experience, relaxing and fun! Staff was super friendly and helpful, food was very tasty and my massage was superb! special thanks to Jelena and Teresa…can’t wait to be back

The waitress in Cave Bar provided a good service. The food and drinks for breakfast and dinner were good. However the food for lunch was not. The duck of the Pan-Seared Duck Breast was chewy and couldn't be swallowed, while the crisps were dry.
The ambiance of the hotel is nice and it offers a great view of the church. However, the water of the pool was filthy. It looked milky due to a lack of circulation. Also the gym equipment was not functional as the displays were not working and the straps on the machines were torn.
