I discovered you thru the food truck at the All Soul's celebration on Commercial Drive. After raving to others for months, I finally made it to your restaurant and was so impressed then when organizing a work event, I thought immediately of you specifically because of your all-you-can-eat- shared- appy's-plus- a- meal option for $29 per person. (It encourages a sense of community and, although we've never wanted anything more than proportions first set out on the table, the idea that one can, insures everyone digs in and enjoys! And we did! Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to my next visit! (And I am not even vegetarian or vegan!)

Great service and food. Big portion. We picked a seat in the corner that turned out to be right against the wall heater which got too warm too quickly, and we were moved to the next table right away when we brought it up to our server. Highly recommend!

The food was great! We really enjoy it! Also nice atmosphere. The alcoholic drinks were pricey and extremely small which was a bit annoying. But overall a good experience. I highly recommend

Food was really delicious and great portions. Server was kind and quick. I found Chickpea to be a bit cold temperature wise and the bathrooms were not the cleanest. And although I made reservations, the restaurant was closed when I arrived (understandable as the water was off) and no one had thought to contact me to let me know. It was only a minor delay but thought that would be worth mentioning. Just an off day! Still a fan :)

It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks (on tap) and an hour to get our food. The server didn’t seem to be bothered or apologetic. Of course mistakes happen, but some acknowledgment that we had waited for a very long time goes a long way.
