It was an easy reservation using the online booking. I didn’t even know Whitespot took reservations but I checked and you did. Overall it was a satisfying experience. Staff was all outstanding! We always come back to Whitespot!

The chicken soup was a bit thick. I woukd use thinner noodles. And the batter around the zucchini sticks was also thicker than usual. I liked them better when the batter was thinner. The quantity was great and so was the dip.

Service was great. The restaurant was incredibly busy - apparently due to a power outage affecting other restaurants and households in the area - but the multiple hosts and manger kept everyone informed of wait times, and what they were doing to get through the volume. Really handled professionally. Ambiance rated low only because the people waiting were spilling into the dining area, some standing right beside our table.
