Spark Kitchen and Bar

Hands down, one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! We celebrated my little brother’s birthday here with friends and family, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night. The service, the food, and their hospitality were truly outstanding. A special shoutout to Martin for being incredibly helpful and attentive, and to our server Ura, who was absolutely amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back!

After seated for a good 20 minutes, we had to flag down the waitress to order our drinks. We ordered the salt n pepper wings which we found to be a bit bland and was lacking in the salt n pepper flavour. However we did thoroughly enjoyed the lobster bisque pasta and commented how delicious it was. The truffle fries was good as well with the garlic aioli. My friend enjoyed her cheeseburger and everyone at our table loved the ambiance and food, especially during happy hour. Was a bit disappointed, they didn’t have the Santa Fe salad available even though it was on the HH menu. The service could be improved with more attention to detail as we had to request for napkins and water several times. But overall experience is good and I would certainly be recommending to friends and family.
