Visited Santorini's a good few times before and the experience has always been great. My partner and I visited on NYE and the experience was something else. The greeting, the service, the ambience, the food- outstanding. Couldn't fault a thing. We had two guests with us and they were messaging us the following day with glowing feedback- they said it's the best meal they've ever had in Wexford. Debbie and Ernie were outstanding hosts and both the waiting staff and the Chef were on top form. A fantastic night. 10 out of 10.

Another lovely experience at Santorini's. Debbie and Ernie couldn't do enough to provide 100% satisfaction. Our party thoroughly enjoyed the customer service, food, ambience and hosting. My only gripe was that I was so stuffed after a gorgeous starters and mains that I had no room for desserts, so was forced to watch on enviously drooling as others in my party devoured chocolate cake.

Lovely restaurant. Busy. Our table was off in the middle of the walkway through the restaurant so alot of people walking by, groups etc. Staff very professional and helpful and manager was so kind..even did a birthday sing sing and complimentary dessert for my husband! Thank you so much. As a vegetarian I would like to have had more veggie options on the menu. Maybe a few more vegetarian /vegan starters and mains? The vegetarian paella was not available on the night either was the spinach cheese pastry dish which was disappointing as it limited my choices right down. However we really enjoyed our night and my husband devoured his chicken foressterair. I enjoyed the halloumi and the patatas bravas (very delicious) We will return:)

What a great addition to the Wexford restaurant scene. Interesting menu and the food itself does not disappoint. Takes a little time to arrive because it is cooked to order....never mind waiting for good food. The service is excellent, your hosts genuinely relate to you if time allows. Proper service not just a few platitudes like " is everything ok for you" Do yourselves a favour and give it a try, but judging by the number of bookings they took whilst we were there it is already very busy. We will definitely return.

First time at restaurant. Very warm at back area but thankfully had a exit door we could open slightly. Girls were lovely serving but man wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Food was very tasty. Didn't like that they automatically added service charge to party of 2.

Lovely food and very good service. Howeverr the two waiting staff were rushing up and down the small space all evening which didn't lend itself to a feeling of relaxation. The space is small and on occasion I thought something would be knocked from our table with one of them rushing by at speed.
