We all LOVED the experience. It exceeded more than my expectations!! It was super fun!! Loved it and plan to do it again in the future!! Fun, Fun. There is nothing I would change at all. It was a beautiful experience. The ski hill just added to the magnificent experience. Cost was very reasonable. Will highly recommend to other friends that it is a must do event.

It was beautiful, we all loved the experience. The service & food was fantastic. I would highly recommend this experience to others. Which I already have.
My only comment, which I was surprised myself is that it was to warm in the igloo. From my perspective, the heat could have been turned down and/or one less heater.

It was the first time in the igloo for everyone else in our party. The atmosphere was awesome. The view of Granite Peak was fantastic. The igloo was warm at 70 degrees while it was about 10 degrees outside. The waitresses, Katie and Mary are very personable and accommodating and the food was great! Will dine here again!

My party had a great time and some actually took food home, so the pricing was fair for what they ordered. Drinks were higher but that is what it is at most places. We would do it again. We celebrated our son's birthday in a bubble with a nice view of the Granite Peak ski hill on a pleasant winter evening. Most were very happy with our meals. I was slightly disappointed with my lasagna as it was not typical layered lasagna. Its mostly sausage with a few noodles, some ricotta covered with sauce. I will try a different dish next time. Drinks, service and ambiance were fabulous.

This igloo experience was my wife's dream for 3 years. we did it this year for her birthday. Carmelo's remains one of the top restaurants in the area. Our servers were awesome! Bartender Lisa makes incredible drinks and has a personality to match. The igloo overlooks the Rib Mtn Golf Course and Granite Peak Ski Hill. They were able to keep it a balmy 65-70 degrees, even on a night that was -10 by the end of dinner. I would absolutely do it again!

We used the igloo which was just fantastic! The server was wonderful and prompt. The one piece of feedback - we were enjoying our time and didn’t realize the light change was our signal to be done. The server didn’t come back and we eventually put two and two together but it would be great if there was a heads up or the server mentioned the time was up.

Acknowledging the fact that it was cold outside - it was still cold inside the igloo so that we had to keep our coats on. Service was very good and the food was nice and hot when served. The gals serving us were “upbeat” - even with the cold weather.

The igloo was very nice and the food was almost as good as usual. My mothers shrimp Alfredo was served cold and she didn’t want to complain so didn’t say anything. Figured she would just take home and heat the next day. She told us towards end of meal and I tried it and it was served cold. Everyone else’s pasta was hot but she was only one with Alfredo. Presuming was later at night and cook took out of refrigerator and heated but did not heat even close to being warm. So thinking new kitchen staff which makes us hesitant about returning. First time ever experienced this at any restaurant.
Also received no garlic bread with any of the pasta dishes. Had to ask- waitress was a bit annoyed we wanted bread?? You should change menu to saying not included.
Sorry about the complaints but prior to this food has always been great.

Carbonara was very eggy with chunks of scrambled eggs and poor consistency, steaks were cooked very inconsistently, one very over cooked and one very undercooked. Waitress was attentive and friendly; overall good service.
