The igloo requires a minimum spend of $150** while dining. There are no exceptions to this. A fee will be charged if the minimum is not met.
20% gratuity will be added to all Igloo checks.
All Igloo reservations have a 90 minute time limit. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED! Please be on time for your reservation!

*Holiday minimum is $200 (New Years Eve, Valentine’s Day)

Igloo Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any deposit minus fees will be refunded in the form of a gift card to the restaurant; valid for one year from issue date. Cancellations 7+ days before reservation will have the full deposit refunded. Cancellation 3-7 days before will incur a $30 fee. Cancellation within 3 days will incur a $75 fee. **Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the full deposit amount** The Igloos require a minimum spend of $150 the night of dining; this is before tax and 20% added gratuity. We recommend groups of 4-6 for the best experience. Groups less than 4 are allowed but keep in mind reaching the minimum spend can be difficult. The $150 minimum is the same for groups less than 4. Groups over 6 will have additional spend requirements. Groups of 7 = $200 minimum spend; Groups of 8 = $250 minimum spend. Groups of 8 are NOT RECOMMENDED. The igloo will be very tight and the 90 minute time limit will be STRICTLY ENFORCED! All children are counted in the group total; no matter the age.
