We started back in 2018 with our little hotdog shop in Southsea, followed up by our Burger gaff just round the corner. Since then we have gone on to open a few more along the South Coast!
Our passion for food, beer, cocktails & street art, brings our style of hospitality to casual dining.
We pride ourselves on working with local people whenever we can, as a result our food & drink is fresher & just tastes better!

Would highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you have children. They are very accommodating and have even converted the old bank vault into a children’s play area (perfect when you need 5 minutes peace).
Staff are warm and friendly, food was amazing, the wait was minimal and the cost was very reasonable.
We will be back!

The poor couple left rubbing this place by themselves with our table of 17 and 6 other tables to serve went over and beyond. It didn’t faze them at all, they cracked on with a smile, one serving and one cooking and we had a lovely meal with fantastic service. Thank you .

Excellent restaurant and the staff were hugely attentive. Food was excellent and the only slight quibble would be that the burgers and hotdogs don’t come with fries as standard which make the prices look slightly misleadingly cheap. That said, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we will be back when we are next in town!

We had a great time. We were a bit confused about whether it was table service or whether we had to go to the bar but you gave us table service and a buzzer which we didn't use so confusing but lovely none the less. The benches were a bit narrow and slim and we kept sliding off them but i must admit as soon as we started eating the lush food we forgot about it :) food was delicious and the staff were very lovely. Deffo be back.

Great experience, great food! best burgers I’ve ever had. I genuinely mean that. Liked the ambience, very up beat and lively. Value is extremely good with and ample portions. Highly recommend. The service and food where excellent, my only gripe is using flimsy wooden cutlery and the coffee served in a paper cup which was stewed. Serving UHT milk portions is quite frankly a huge no no albeit you do get complementary top up’s but no good when the filter coffees been left to stew.
Overall not sure I’d return to the restaurant but definitely use the delivery options as the burger was great

We really enjoyed our meal and it was quick service! But one of the burgers that came out was wrong, this was quickly resolved but.. me and my partner both had burgers with the slaw in it. And both were so vinegary, the burgers were great and happy with everything else but the slaw was way to over powered by the vinegar. We also felt the Cajun fries had too much Cajun seasoning on them. Overall happy but when we go again we will avoid the burgers with slaw as this is not like your standard slaw and we didn’t like it.

We love what you've done with the place (formerly HSBC bank branch). Really nice staff. Good vegan menu choices and nice selection of cocktails. More geared for the younger generation. A bit noisy for my 60 something ears. I should have chosen a table with a softer seat, too.

Love this place! It’s great to go to with kids because they are actually allowed to play! The old safe playroom is awesome however on this visit we noticed it is in desperate need of a clean. The food was awesome! Came out hot and tasted delicious, only thing I would say is that the chicken strips on the child’s menu are the same as the adults so are peppered so my 3year old hated them. Our waitress we got the feeling didn’t want to be there, she came across a bit rude at times to us and to other customers and it wasn’t even busy (I’d understand if it was heaving and she was stressed with customers). She wasn’t awful I have had worst service elsewhere I’d like to add but we have also had much better service here by other members of staff. We will definitely be back, great food, great for kids and adults get to relax. This restaurant is winning!

Service was a little disappointing. It took a long time for them to take are order. The lady took are drink order when we arrived but when are friends arrived they look there drinks order and they never came so had to ask for them after 15-20 mins. We took the kids on a Wednesday afternoon for out first visit. There was only one other table occupied so it’s obviously a quiet time which affected the ambience. Our waitress was welcoming and took her time to answer our questions on portion sizes etc. whilst we were waiting for our food they bought out some complimentary popcorn which was a nice idea except it was stale.
The food was brought out fairly quickly and I have to say was well presented and tasted great. There was a play area that the kids enjoyed, my only concern was how grubby everything in there was, not very nice in a restaurant but I guess that’s what happens when you add food, kids and toys.
The decor is interesting with all the graffiti, the furniture was sticky, I don’t know if this was down to the cleaning products used or grease so won’t pass judgement on that. Overall it was a good experience and I’m sure in busier times the atmosphere will be better.

We had a table for 6 on a Tuesday night so not over busy. Service and food was very good with one exception, the drinks took a while to arrive on each order we placed. That being said 5 of the 6 had ordered cocktails so these take a little longer but it was relatively quiet when we had booked. Overall we had a good visit and when we arrange another night out we will be back.

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, every one of them. Here are a couple of comments not complaints. It's rustic appearance could look better with some cushions or more furnishings (difficult at the moment I guess what with covid hanging around!). Plus, right at the end I felt a little rushed out. We had been nearly an hour and I'm aware tables are at a premium, but with a starter and main and the children's playroom it went quite quick. Perhaps we could've been moved to the empty sofas if the table was needed soon. I don't know, maybe some people wouldn't like that, but after the so friendly and relaxed time, all of a sudden plates were being cleared away and we were given the bill while a couple of us were still eating and drinking. Anyway it was lovely and we enjoyed our visit.

Food was great. Good atmosphere. Manager having quite loud conversation with staff at bar regarding customer complaints about the toilets, was a little uncomfortable listening to that. Didn't get a paper bill to check, just told the amount and shown where to ping contactless, never actually saw that the card reader had the right amount and didn't know if this included service so didn't leave a tip. Would return though.

A few suggestions I would suggest are:
*To be offered a drink as soon as seated as had to wait a while then had to ask if ordered at bar. If you do have to wait a while before you order food at least the customer has a drink in front of them.
*More offer on kids non fizzy drinks, mine doesn’t drink them so only water, orange juice or cranberry juice on offer. Maybe a fruit shoot or J20 would be great.
*More hand held devices for staff as had to wait a while for one to be free.
*Asked for the bill and it didn’t come, and only when we was given handheld to pay I had to ask again.
*Maybe offer desert on your menu.
The food was great, and the young lady that served us was very polite and helpful. I also thought you I guess is the owner, that made the drinks, was very customer friendly and that went a long way.
We will be in again at some point.

Average age of diners was 60+ . Ambience and aesthetic similar to sitting in a skateboard park. I assume your marketing men are aiming for a younger demographic but problem is you have pitched up at the epicentre of wrinkly central.

Food expensive but good quality. Personally I don't like being upsold when I'm in a restaurant which the staff member tried to do. Appreciate that she's only doing her job. Drinks took to long to come out. I was asked to order our food before the drinks came. I had to ask for the bill twice and I was asked to pay but without the bill being presented to me. Overall enjoyed the experience but elements of the service need to be tightened up a bit.

More attentive service needed but staff very friendly. While we understand the image the benches are extremely uncomfortable and sides of fries disappointing after large portion received when we had a takeaway.

Impressed with the food however the service needs improving. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and things took a lot longer than needed. For example we ordered four unlimited Pepsi max and they had been poorer yet sat in the bar for 15 minutes before anyone bought them to our table and it wasn’t like they didn’t have time as they were standing around looking at them! Also we saw a member of the kitchen staff struggling to open a sauce bottle and he decided to open it with his mouth!!!! This is extremely unhygienic and not acceptable and as you can imagine I would not be in a hurry to go back after that.

Food was good. Team working there are nice people but service was very slow. Ordered second round of drinks when food was served after 3 times of asking eventually got the drinks 15 minutes after we finished eating.
