Bennett's is open 7 days a week 10am until 5pm. At busy times like lunch and weekend breakfast it is advisable to book. When the weather is nice we have a spacious outdoor terrace area - perfect for al fresco dining!

Always enjoy our visit, the staff create such a welcoming atmosphere. Our experience being enhanced by having a table by the window!
The Bennett's shop have some lovely gifts but I do feel the large amount of stock in such a small space is making the entrance look cluttered. The lack of space makes it difficult to look round, especially when people are waiting for tables.It also
prevents the stock being displayed to its advantage.

We were able to have a table on the outdoor balcony, which in the really hot April weather added greatly to the ambience. It was a very pleasant location to the extent that we made a note to return in summer when the weather permits alfresco dining. Service was quick and pleasant. We had sandwiches, which were well filled and delicious. The side order of chips were slightly overcooked for our taste, but that's a personal opinion and were not a detraction from overall enjoyment of the meal. The price was slightly more than we are used to paying on our frequent lunch-time outings, but the experience was so enjoyable that we didn't begrudge it. We will return in the not too distant future.

As always we were greeted by friendly welcoming staff. Nothing us too much trouble. Food was amazing . One female member of staff notice a child who was screaming and upset ,she took some toys to help mum entertain him.and engaged in conversation with the child , this very quickly resolved the issue and the child was soon laughing and smiling. The breakfast at Bennetts is always perfect. The staff are friendly and small tweaks to the menu are accommodated. Plenty of dietary options available (oat milk, sourdough etc). All in all, our favourite breakfast place!
