Staff, food, service was excellent Just the temperature felt a little cold in the restaurant have not felt that before. Having an older friend with us he felt the need to keep his coat on. But would definitely recommend to family and friends as we always say how good the restaurant is.

Great food and portion sizes, friendly staff on hand to help, fast service. Starters were spicier than expected - potato and onion pakoras were lowest spice level but actually very spicy, whereas curry was mid spice level but not spicy at all. Got a treat for birthday which was a special touch so thank you. Will definitely recommend to others and I will be visiting again! Thank you :)

Starters and mains were lovely, toilet roll needs looking at, very hard to get out, and 1ply could be better quality. Was led to believe was 2 for £20 via Facebook, on Tuesday to Thursday hence booking on a Thursday to come and try out your food only to find out only in whitley bay, im not the only one that thought this, so that was a bit disappointing, but I will come again and have recommend to friends

The scores given say it all. I appreciate that it’s the traditional way of cooking in southern India, but the only downside for me is that the menu is restricted because of the wide use of coconut and coconut milk. Nevertheless me and my party were impressed with the taste and the quality of the ingredients. The young people waiting the tables were pleasant, helpful and patient. We shall be back.

I had a chicken starter, perhaps my fault, but wasn't what I expected, being in a very thick sauce and very over facing for a starter. My main I choose beef which was absolutely delicious and very tender, but again in a really thick sauce and a bit too dry for my liking.

The front of house lady brilliant. Seemed to need more staff, it was busy though. Although staff lovely & friendly. Food excellent, will definitely be back.
