Great atmosphere, but slightly disjointed due to the bar and drinks coming from a separate provider. Service was good and we were able to break our order down so we could take our time and order more when we were ready. A bit disappointed in the Atlantic Prawns. What we had was tasty, but the menu promised much more and we all thought they turned out rather expensive. Plantain Beef, Moroccan Lamb, Pil Pil Prawns and Calamari all good. Thoroughly enjoyable night. Thank You

Food was amazing! Ate far too much. Choices were good which resulted in us ordering too much as we couldn't narrow it down to just a small amount of dishes. Only thing that was annoying was we were put next to the noisiest table of 4 men , as a 2 table would have preferred a 2 table in a corner but were put on a big 4 table so we couldn't hear each other talk! Otherwise fab! Will definitely come back.

Initial service was excellent, order swiftly taken and food arrived promptly. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and welcoming. After mains had been cleared, we were left alone for a long time and no one came to see if we would like to order anything else. This might have been because it had become busier. Overall though, a really enjoyable experience and would recommend and return.

We have visited on several occasions in the last few months and taken friends and relatives. We have had a great experience every time. On this occasion, although it was midweek, the restaurant was busy and the atmosphere was great. As always the service was excellent and the quality of the food was great. We will be back again soon and would highly recommend Tipi Tapa to anyone. I'm still looking forward to trying the Paella!

The only negative was having all our tapas arriving at the same time - so much so there wasn't room on the table without moving wine glasses and bottles off the table. Better if it arrives more gradually which happened the previous time we came.

Had reservations, but the sat us at the worst table they had, everyone kept bumping into the table and the table was In a very awkward location. Walk-ins seemed to get a better tables.
The Waiter forgot half of our order, when we asked about the food, was told the kitchen was closed. Then why take our order? He could at least come back and tell us that the kitchen is was now closed and we couldn’t order anymore tapas. We were looking forward to having a good tapas restaurant in the area, but this one needs to work on teaching staff on what to do. The food we did get was good. So we might come back and try again, but honestly the worst wait staff I have experienced.

Tipi Tapa is the new Tapas bar in the area, and following the success of the Royal at Royal Wootton Bassett we had to give it a try being dedicated lovers of Tapas as an eating style
The menu is authentic, the choice and variety excellent, but on our visit the service was gentle to be polite.
The whole concept of tapas is casual and relaxed, but the whole experience needs to flow, so fill the table with firstly fresh bread and then plates with an opportunity to order more. Take a quick visit to Los Gatos to understand how it works

Not for the first time, they forgot to deduct the £10.00 deposit paid when booking the table, they also overcharged for the starters, by not applying the steak night prices to the starters, The wine was expensive, £22.50 for a bottle of house red, when I asked for the wine list they said that for steak night it is only a choice of house red, white or rose. If that is the case, it should be stated on the menu and show the price. At £22.50 you can get 4 bottles of perfectly good red wine from Aldi. We will go back, but we will abstain from drinking any alcohol.

We thoroughly enjoyed the meal though we have to say that we were disappointed with the gambas. We thought they would be much larger and £1.20 each for extremely small gambas seemed excessive. Based on that we wouldn’t have them again. But the overall experience was good and we’ve booked to come again on 14th August.

Interesting one to review this as the welcome was poor (the website would only let us book for 5pm) as when we arrived they were clearly setting up but made no real effort to engage. The setting looked a bit "add on" to the hotel it is situated in so, again, not the best I've seen so didn't make for a great start. The food, however, was good and our waitress very attentive and amiable so did make for the desire to return again in the future which we will do. All in all I'd say it was an enjoyable evening.

We went 3 weeks ago and decided to take are in-laws this time as we thought it was nice. However the service was terrible this time, the food took ages to come and all at different time’s. My father and law ordered steak which came 35 minutes after are dishes, so he was eating on his own. We asked why the service was so bad and the waiter told us he worked in another pub as a manager but was helping out and said sorry he didn’t really know what he was doing, two of our dishes was really greasy and tasted bad we told our server as we couldn’t eat them. He came back told us the manager was speaking to the chef. No one apologised for the food but they did remove one dish from the bill. Early in the night the manager came over and said sorry about how long the food was taking we also heard two other tables complaining about waiting. We were very disappointed with service and some of the food. The staff all seemed stressed running everywhere which is a shame as before was lovely. We won’t be going again which is a shame as we enjoy tapas. They only had 2 waiters , one which openly admitted he didn’t know what he was doing. It’s a shame but at the moment I could not recommend tipi tapa to anyone else after our second experience.

Wonderful lunch at Tipi Tapa, the Moroccan lamb skewers were absolutely fantastic, as was the salmon, the tabuleh, the asparagus and the humus. The courtyard is gorgeous, service was impeccable. It was my second visit and it will not be my last! Thoroughly recommend it. If you haven’t been yet you are missing out!

The food in the Tipi Tapa Restaurant is always varied, nicely prepared and presented. We have used the restaurant many times since it opened. We have, however, noticed a decline over recent visits. The restaurant had only a few guests last night but service was slow, and the table we were given sticky to touch. The starters ( calamari) were served Luke warm. The main course (steaks) were very nice. However, the overall experience was spoiled…not for the first time… by the noise and language from the adjoining sports bar. I have no problem with crowded sports bars showing live sport to enthusiastic fans….but the restaurant and bar are seriously not a match at Tipi Tapa. The atmosphere is not conducive to a pleasant evening meal with friends or family. This is a shame as I really like the restaurant, but neither myself or my guests would recommend it to others in the future.

Generally OK, but service lacked attentiveness. Food was generally more than acceptable but whilst a number of things might be marginally improved, the whitebait was particularly poor, low value deeply battered and sadly tasteless. Few things.. no Spanish beer on a Saturday night is disappointing, one member of staff was pretty damn rude and service was very slow, we waited an hour for one dish to arrive and then other dishes were forgotten. The food tasted lovely when we got it so would try again to see if service improves.

I have eaten here a few times & each has been a lovely experience. Service & food great. Try the halloumi with date sauce & the aubergine with sugar molasses which melts in your mouth!

Lovely food with authentic Spanish flavours. Very enjoyable. Great atmosphere. Tables a bit close to each other. Fantastic reception from the owners. Very friendly staff. A couple of mistakes with the food order and bill but was sorted straight away
