We never have been to your restaurant before so we went and made a reservation on your site and got a email confirmation stating that out reservation was confirmed. It was our anniversary and my wife's birthday supper. We got to the restaurant and we where told that there was no reso for us and that you do not even have a system for that on the web site. We explained that we did indeed make it and even got the confirmation about it. We where told again that there was no online reso's. So I said fine I am not going to argue just give us a table but the wait was 45 mins. This was not acceptable so I asked for a table in the lounge and we where seated at a small round high table with stools. This was not very comfortable to sit at to have a nice dinner. So we left very unhappy with how we where treated! My wife has been a waitress for 30 years and I have been in customer service for 36 years and this is not how to treat customers. We will likely never go back and will never recommend your restaurant!!
