Great service, good food and absolutely fantastic ambiance before a concert as they were playing music of the group that we were going to see! Fantastic marketing idea. We will definitely go there again pre-concert as well as for other occasions. The only thing better would be to have their delicious tomato soup available at supper.

Overall a lovely evening out at Rudy's! The front hostess with a bit snarky - I gave her my first name and she kept asking me if it was under another name. I said No I made the reservations under my name. She finally found the reservations under my last name. She could have clarified that she was looking for my LAST name and I would have gladly given it up front. Other than that, our serving staff was top notch! Friendly, attentive, speedy and when we needed clarification on how a menu item was prepared they went above and beyond to speak with the Chef who was also willing to make a slight accommodation to the menu item. Really Appreciated that! The food was delicious! Tried several different menu items and all tasted really good and were Instagram worthy! The music was a bit loud in there but maybe that's because it wasn't too busy. The menu prices were a bit different from what we ended up paying in the end. Just would have liked some consistency before ordering so we know how much things cost. Overall, good experience and we will be back.

I had the duck salad and an Old fashioned, they were incredible! Thr bread pudding was great too! We had a great corner table, and although it was a busy night, the service was good. The one thing I would request would be more appropriate music. The place was filled with women coming to see Michael Buble and the music was cranked to classic rock. Not really dining music. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Our table of 6 had a reservation for 5 before a jets game. The dining area was full and the energy was great. However, the volume of the oddly chosen metal music was too loud and not appropriate for the already boisterous and fun crowd. Everyone had to raise their voice to be heard which detracted from an overall fun vibe. We were told that only the owner could change the music. The staff seemed super apologetic about it.
Also, you could tell the restaurant was totally understaffed which caused delays in the bar and our wonderful server had to run around looking after multiple large tables. She was great even though she was not set up for success.
The food was ok but definitely not a place to go to other than before an event downtown.
The place has a ton of potential. I’m sure my ratings would be higher except for the bizarre music choice… it definitely set the tone of our evening.
