The bartender/ serving staff were warm, welcoming and seemed genuinely pleased to serve my sister and myself. The cocktails and food (bread with tomato butter, burrata, sherried beets and dulce leches cake) were delicious, and I liked how the dishes were presented to us with explanations on their preparation. The ambience was unique and fun, while at the same time cozy. And the icing on the cake was when the bartender thanked us for spending our evening at Solara. What a nice touch. My sister and I will definitely return. Thank you for a great time!

Fabulous flavorful unique food. We enjoyed everything we ordered Lovely eclectic décor .Our server was extremely pleasant. We will definitely go again. Reading the definition of Tabula Rasa after our meal is the perfect description of TR. No preconceived expectations of what to expect for food or atmosphere. Life should be like that. Enjoy what you have or get and don't compare it to what you think a meal should be. Our whole evening was amazing. Finishing the night off in the speak easy was sublime. Having no expectations going in and having the best restaurant experience coming out. Is the bar set too high for when we return? No, because we will cone in with no expectations and enjoy life with good food and friends. I'm trying to be poetic in my writing, not sure how I did. Oh, and I kept thinking, am I really in Winnipeg. World class restaurant.

I love this restaurant - they are attentive without being too close, they easily accommodated my dairy and gluten sensitivities, their cocktail and wine selection are wide ranging (we loved our discussion on orange wines.) In the past we've dined in the main room, solera, and the patio - all are great options!

OUT-FUCKING-STANDING!!! Being at Solera felt like I had transcended into one of the best cocktail bars in New York City. I've enjoyed many fantastic cocktails at great spots in Winnipeg, but the ones at Solera now top my list. The attention to detail and care that goes into each cocktail is incredible, and the mixologist's dedication to crafting them is unmatched. The mixologist/server I had was top-notch, making me feel comfortable, welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Their focus on ensuring an exceptional experience was truly impressive. I will return often to enjoy the best cocktails, the most comfortable setting, and exceptional customer service. I will also be coming back specifically for the food. WOW. I've been twice and each time ordered a variation of a scallop dish and the mussels (among many other dishes). Like the cocktails, the flavor, texture, temperature, and visual appeal for every dish was all perfect. I will always order any scallop and mussel dish that the chef offers. Every menu item I've tried has been incredible, and I'd order each one again. Thank you, Tabula Rasa/Solera, for an outstanding experience!

We were there for a surprise 50th birthday party, and it was a very memorable experience and the restaurant played a huge role in that. The staff were incredibly attentive and engaged. The food was great! The service was great! We were served by Brook and she was great! We loved getting a bottle of wine at half price and it was a great Portugese red! It was a bit noisy and maybe some tapestries would help to quiet things down. Thanks!

Some of the best food I've ever had, and a large enough selection that everyone would be able to find something they liked. The service was amazing, our server was very attentive and assisted us in selecting dishes and cocktails. Every plate we received was accompanied by an explanation of what we were getting, right down to sauces and garnishes. Every dish had a story, and you could really tell that everyone there loved what they did. Prices were comparable or less than other similar restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend.
