We really enjoyed the wine and the service was good! The cheese plate we ordered had moldy mozzarella and cheddar - that was a bummer, but not a deal breaker. They did take it back and remove it from our bill.
The 10% auto-grat on just the tastings was so little, it would be nice to have the option to add more before running our card. Thankfully we had some cash to leave.

Needed to reschedule because we got COVID over Christmas and kids are still sick. Called for days straight attempting to reschedule because the deposit they make you pay now for the bubbles is non refundable, so if you attempt to reschedule the booking online you lose it, but they can move it for you if you call or if you go in person (I’ve done it for another reservation). Never got a call back or got an answer to a phone call, and I called multiple times a day for three days straight, started calling Tuesday at noon, until our reservation time on Thursday. No one bothered to answer the phone or return a voicemail. Definitely won’t waste our time here again.

The Bubble was extremely cold, fireplace isn’t warm enough, no blankets in there and then zipper broke when someone had to get out. My flight wasn’t poured properly and I’ve gone there more than one occasion, this pour wasn’t even half of glass.

The staff was excellent. Very kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bubbles were nice and warm and the drinks were great. I loved the little blankets in the bubble and it's awesome that they clean every one after it's been used. The only trouble I had was with the cushions moving around a bit. But nothing crazy

We loved our experience at Treveri. But, your service didn't work. On Oct 5, we received confirmation of our reservation for 4:45 on October 6. Then we were called the next day by someone from Treveri, saying that they had an ongoing Wednesday Event and we could not come at 4:45. We ended up changing our plans and dined and 2, rather than in the evening. So, seems your service is not synced up with the actual reservation availability.

Disappointed in my experience with Treveri. I’ve never had a bad experience before. Brought my family in from out of state and had been bragging about the bubbles for a month. Arrived and it took 10 mins to find anyone to take our name for our reservation let alone acknowledge us. Took us to our bubble which was left with the door wide open in the freezing cold, the heater wasn’t turned on and neither were the lights. We were left to our own devices on how to turn that all on. I asked for more blankets numerous times and they never came, it was very cold in the bubble since they obviously weren’t prepared for us. Our server was anything but friendly. He was short, cold and just plain rude. A sunny disposition and a smile go along way even when you are busy or there are things happening beyond your control. Our server was extremely slow and hardly checked in on us. Treveri was out of basically every food item on the menu but what we were able to order was delicious. After waiting for our check it was apparent he forgot about us, I pressed the service button twice and waited another 5 mins and he never showed up. We had to physically leave the bubble and go find him in order to get our bill and leave. I had to keep telling my family that Treveri wasn’t normally like this. Overall it was embarrassing and shocking at just how bad it was.

The main issues that I’ve run into the last few times that I’ve been to the winery are that no one answers the phone anymore, so I couldn’t check on reservations or bunco nights, and I suspect that’s because the winery is understaffed. That’s the other problem that I’ve run into; understaffing has caused much longer wait times (40 min in the summer just to get my first glass of wine, another 30+ to get another glass and food) and a lot more chaos. Please hire more people!

The food was still good, the only reason for a lesser score was the necessity of disposable everything...which is not a reflection on Treveri at all. The bubbles are a neat idea, wouldn’t mind if they stayed even after all this nonsense stops. The twinkle lights and decor make them a special treat.

I have been MANY times. This trip was very disappointing. Ordered the Cheese board- Ritz crackers Water wafers and basically cheese from Costco, 1 type of meat and a few blueberry’s and some grapes! For the cost and where we were, not much effort! Last time there were goat and hard cheeses artisan style crackers chutney fresh frisky olives. Basically a real board. Took my mother there for this experience and was a let down.

Our server took our order and never came back :( someone else served the food and was confused as to why we hadn’t order bubbles… we did… we just never got them until after our food was served. Always a great experience. Luz is the best! Confused that gratuity was added to the bill and seemed to be only 10percent No where on bill to add additional tip - gave her some additional cash. Somewhere on menus you should indicate x percentage of gratuity automatically added as well as provide option to increase amount by customer. Very confusing and not transparent.

The service was not the best. We only had two drinks during our stay, and waited 25 minutes for the first drink. I would recommend that the drinks are served before entering the bubble. The food was phenomenal!! Thanks!

I had reserved a bubble for Friday at 6pm-8pm online two month prior. When I got there they didnt have a bubble for me, I had received an email confirmation that I was good to go. I dont know what happen on Treveri end. They made room for me in a bubble but for only one hour and was told I had to clear the bubble. They were very nice to me and gave be a bottle for the mistake but I was very disappointed.

The waiter was amazing and all staff we met were so great! Of course the wine was perfect and our meal was so tasty! Love the igloos and that has to be the best way to distance guests in these unprecedented times! Great experience I will definitely tell all my friends to come enjoy as well!

Everything was great. Although I left messages for a confirmation, but never received a call back. I did get an apology when I mentioned it to the staff. I was just used to receiving that call from the past reservations I've made. Besides that, we were treated very well and appreciate the kindness at all times. Keep up the great work.

We had a great time! The set up bubbles was cute, functional and attractively decorated. Our winery attendant was friendly, attentive and fun. Only complaint is the flatbread we recieved was not topped with the ingredients listed on the menu. The cheese was supposed to be havarti and blue, there was no blue cheese and the cheese seemed to be cheddar. It was still a decent flatbread, just not what we thought we ordered. Great pricing on the flights! We will be back and have reccomended to friends and family.

Our bubble was not even ready until 15 min after our scheduled time and it took 30 min before anyone even came to take our order. With the bubble reservation only limited to 2 hours this took 45 min off of our time. Another group next to us also had complaints of it taking forever to even be greeted by the server. Drinks were good once they finally got there but taking 45 min to get in and get a drink was not so great.

This was our servers second weekend working there and she did ABSOLUTLEY great! Very warming, calm and had a great attitude. The Roast Beef Sandwich was amazing. Other Than Great Wine, Lily and the sandwich were the stars of the night. Thank you for hosting us on our Anniversary. We will be returning very soon!

We loved everything! We had so much fun in the "bubbles." They were adorable and comfy. The grounds were lovely. The food and drink menu was interesting and varied. The champagne cocktails were yummy; the food was delicious; the service was just right--attentive enough, but mostly left use alone to socialize. Quick and easy check in.
The only thing that I rated less than 10 is "value," and I think everything is fairly priced for its quality, taste, and presentation. Good portion sizes, but it's not inexpensive by any means. The pricing is similar to nice restaurant pricing on similar items. It's was well worth it to us.
