Ahnala Mesquite Room

Ahnala Mesquite Room is offering a festive way to celebrate your Easter.  Located in the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort, Ahnala Mesquite Room boasts only the finest ingredients with “Every dish made to order.” Easter Sunday, Ahnala will be offering Brunch with three a cold station which includes Ahnala’s Smoked Salmon, Domestic and Imported Cheese as well as Breakfast breads with Whipped Butter and Cream Cheese. And with so many in house and chef prepared creations the Hot Menu seems to be equally as enticing.  Ahnala’s hot menu offers a traditional Roasted Lamb Lion, Mesquite Smoked Ham, Papaya Marinated Chicken, and Orange Essence Risotto. Their “Made to order” menu includes some more hearty breakfast foods like: Omelet with Breakfast Potatoes and Assorted Pancakes to satisfy the traditional Breakfast veteran.  All this food sounds really grown up, not to worry, Ahnala may be fine dining but keeps “The softness of a friendly gathering place,” Especially for Children.  This Easter Ahnala’s actually features a Children’s Menu.  Bistro Provence

Looking for something a little more European? Bistro Provence in Scottsdale recently announced their new Executive Chef and food and beverage director Nery Palma.  Selected as one of Phoenix’s top 20 chefs by Flavor of Phoenix as well as holding the title for one of the founding members of the chefs association The American Culinary Federation, Palma has ensured a special Spring Brunch Menu.  Open Easter Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Bistro Provence will be serving mouth watering dishes for a set price of $38.00 with a complimentary mimosa. The Bistro Salad includes a mix of fresh seasonal greens, carrots, Roma tomatoes, walnuts, and is tossed with a Cabernet Vinaigrette.  The entrée selection seems to be quality with selections like Beef Tenderloin Eggs Benedict, and Poached Salmon on a bed of Angel Hair Pasta with Provencal Sauces and Julienne vegetables. From Easter egg hunts to actually cracking open the shiny-pastel egg you find on the hunt, Easter is full of surprises, so Dessert for the night will be decided by the chef! Chandler Bistro

The excitement of the weekend does not just stop on Sunday, at least not for Chandler Bistro and Winery and Winery. April 24th, from 10:00 am to 3:45 pm Chandler’s will be serving Easter Brunch for just $28.95 a person, $35.95 includes “free flowing Mimosas” and Children 12 and under eat for $11.95.  Chandler’s has even reserved live music from 11:30 am-3:00 pm.  Offering options for the meat eaters at the “carving station,” the restaurant will be serving Baked Ham, Prime Rib, and Roast Turkey Breast.  But if you come earlier than 10:30 perhaps the Breakfast items will suit you more: Muffins, croissants, French toast, Crème Brule, and an omelet station are also available.  The Lunch Items also seem promising with Chicken Marsala, Seafood Chauvin, and a Mac and Cheese Soufflé.  There is also a Salad Station and Desert bar complete with brownies, pies, and cookies.  Click HERE to view their menu.

 Bistro 24

Do not be fooled by its notoriously high quality hotel rooms and service, The Ritz Carleton on East Camelback Road can still have fun.  There will be a scheduled Easter egg hunt, a petting zoo, and of course live Jazz music.  Located within the hotel, Bistro 24 will be offering a special Easter Brunch Menu from 10 am to 3 pm.  The dining price tag for adults is $75.00, children ages 4 to 12 eat for $35.00, and ages 3 and under dine for free. Arrowhead Grill

Located on the West Side of Arrowhead Arizona, Arrowhead Grill is bringing the heat with some new dining concepts.  With both Affordability as well as Quality Chef Charles Schwerd has put together an Easter Menu with both style and sophistication.  The Spring Brunch Menu is offered for both Easter and Mother’s day with salads, entrees, and desserts are all present on the menu.  Arrowhead keeps things simple and classy with 5 salads to choose from and a variety of entrees like: the 10 ounce Delmonico steak, Roasted Leg of Lamb thinly sliced and served with mint Au Jus.  The whole meal is a set price of $35.99 per person with an optional Dessert for just $5.99 your taste buds could experience the quality of Arrowhead Grill’s Chocolate Bread Pudding, Crème Brulee Vanilla, and even Strawberries with Chocolate Fondue.  To see their special Spring Brunch Menu click HERE.
