The food was FANTASTIC. We were not expecting the quality to be as high as it was. We would frequent just to have more of those deviled eggs and tomato puff pastry. The peach tea is also not to be missed.

Presentation was lovely and Gigi is adorable!
Food was good but not quite as delightful as I have had there in the past. I was disappointed that we did not have a scone and at least one tea sandwich with the tea. Every tea needs a scone! Was not crazy about the cookie with the southern tea but the cheese pastry was delightful.
Look forward to coming again in December.

We loved our tea experience and cannot wait to be back! My only feedback: I'd like to book in advance, but to do so we need to select the type of tea service we want. Unfortunately if you book too far ahead of time, you can't select the upcoming/new seasonal menu. Perhaps there's a way around that? Thanks!

We go to Ivy Tea House at least once a year. Every visit, they have impressed us further with their delicious food, generous portion size, and courteous hospitality. They go above and beyond with their high tea presentation. Best food for high tea that we’ve ever experienced and the prices are extremely reasonable for a treat yourself kind of day :)

What a lovely spot for high tea. We sat outside and they had cute tables that were underneath a covered portico, so when it started the drizzle it didn’t affect our meal. Delicious food - we had the “Spa” high tea menu. Our Rustic Chai tea and Peach tea were absolutely delicious and we could taste the love. 10/10 will be returning for a second menu sampling!

Our visit was very enjoyable. Our table was ready when we arrived. The Lemon Meringue tea I had picked was brought out shortly after being seated. The Summer Brunch was just fabulous. It came with deviled eggs with pickle juice yolk and chile-honey glaze, chicken sausage balls with cheddar, parmesan, and basil pesto. Super yummy. The tomato puff pastry pies with pimiento cheese, olives, red onion, and basil is totally Devine and to top it off we had the cardamom-sultana scones that melted in you month. To finish it all off was the Sothern thing of gooey pecan pie bars & cinnamon crumble coffee cake, I wish I had the recipes for.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a High Tea experience. The quaintness of the older home and out door seating brings a longing for gentler quieter days.

Always such a special treat and the tower treats were great.
Noise level was unusually high this day making it hard to talk. Also, very picky but table seated after us received their teas well ahead of us.

Everything was lovely. It was a very cold day and leaving the door open on occasions was unpleasant. The service was a bit slow as our reservation was for noon and we waited over 30 minutes before the delicious food was served...presentation is everything and the real flowers were a hit!!!!

Overall had a really great time. Food was absolutely delicious and cannot wait to go back. Understaffed like everywhere these days but the staff were very nice and attentive. Food portions are very generous for afternoon tea. We could not finish all of it and brought leftovers home.
When we went, it was only 54 degrees outside and we sat on the inside and the AC was on full blast. It was absolutely freezing sitting next to the windows and it felt like the little house had no insulation. I had to eat with my coat on. It actually felt warmer outside! There was an issue with the hot water boiler that day so we waited 40 minutes for our teas to come. Understand that is not the server’s fault but that is rather unacceptably too long. I’ve had afternoon tea in the UK, Singapore, and other places in the world over a dozen times and never waited that long for tea before.
