Fuse Bistro was established in 2011. Our first restaurant is located in Lowell, MA. We are walking distance from Boarding House Park, Tsongas Arena, MRT Theater, Lowell Memorial Auditorium & other local attractions. We are a chef-owned Scratch Kitchen, meaning our talented kitchen makes all of our items onsite – from our chipotle ketchup and soups to our cocktail mixes, desserts, ice cream, pasta, tater tots, and more. Our dinner, dessert, cocktail, beer, and wine menus change four times a year with the seasons. Our lunch menu is updated weekly: staples remain, and new items are added. Each evening we compose a menu of specials including handmade pastas, and chef-inspired dishes. Reservations are not required, but we do recommend making one.
