Frequently Asked Questions- How can I pay?
- We accept all major credit cards, but no cash, please.
- Do I need to tip?
- Yes, please! Our menu pricing does not include gratuity. The amount you tip is up to your discretion, but it is customary to tip 20% of the final bill.
- What happens if I’m late for my reservation?
- We will hold reservations for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time. After 15 minutes, we may still be able to seat you, but you may have to wait a little while. We have a lovely lounge area where you can hang out and have a drink in the meantime! If you are going to be late for your reservation, please give us a call. The number is (978) 795-4174.
- How long is a typical reservation?
- Reservations for parties of 1-3 guests are for an hour and a half. Reservations for parties of 4-6 are for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- Can I dine without a reservation?
- While we expect to be fully booked with reservations, it’s possible we will have space for walk-ins. You can give us a call before or during the pop-up to check if we can accommodate you without a reservation. The number is (978) 795-4174.
- Is there parking at Orange Door Kitchen?
- Yes! We have plenty of parking. There is a lot adjacent to Orange Door Kitchen, and an overflow lot just past the main lot.
- Are there non-vegan options?
- All of Littleburg’s food is completely vegan. Most of the drink options are also vegan, though there are a few that are not. Drink menus will be clearly marked to indicate vegan and non-vegan beverages.
- Is there honey in the food?
- Nope! At Littleburg, we consider honey to be an animal product, so we don’t use it in our food. Not all of Orange Door Kitchen’s beer, wine, and cocktails are vegan, but the menu will be marked to indicate vegan and non-vegan beverages.
- I have a gluten allergy. Can you accommodate me?
- Yes! We have several gluten-free options, and we can modify many of our dishes to be gluten-free. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but please be mindful that there is gluten in our kitchen.
- I have a nut allergy. Can you accommodate me?
- Yes! We have several nut-free options. However, there are lots of nuts on the menu. Depending on your specific nut allergies, we may be able to leave nuts off of certain dishes. Please be mindful that while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, there are nuts in our kitchen.
- I have a food allergy that's not listed above. Can you accommodate me?
