CIT Cafe is a quick service restaurant, featuring Asian style cuisine available dine in and takeaway. CIT Apprentice shop has prepackaged foods at very reasonable pricing. The food in the apprentice cafe changes weekly and is not the same - this will be dependent on what the cookery students are studying.
