At Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa, a secret speakeasy complete with artisan crafted cocktails and hip atmosphere await on the second floor. The main Speakeasy located on the second floor is first come, first serve. Our third floor Bourbon Room accommodates 6-12 guests for reservations. Our last seating on Wednesday and Thursday is at 10:30 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays, our last seating is 4:00 p.m. We book reserved seating for 90 minute increments.
