Noosa Bistro originally opened as Red Back Jack's in 1994 in Cleveland's Warehouse District. Red Back Jack's moved to Mentor, Ohio in 1997, and rebranded to Noosa Bistro in 2002. Noosa is a resort town in Queensland, Australia, and reflects the owner Rob Stanovsek's Australian heritage, while providing a taste of coastal paradise to Northeast Ohio. At Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa, a secret speakeasy complete with artisan crafted cocktails and hip atmosphere await on the second floor. The main Speakeasy located on the second floor is first come, first serve. Our third floor Bourbon Room accommodates 6-12 guests for reservations. Our last seating on Wednesday and Thursday is at 10:30 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays, our last seating is 4:00 p.m. We book reserved seating for 90 minute increments. The open-air restaurant located at the top of the Lawn seating area is the perfect place to start or end your evening. This full-service restaurant and bar offer a variety of freshly prepared appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts, plus wines, spirits, and beers. The Blossom Grille is open for dinner 21-/2 hours before all Blossom Music Festival concerts and also is open for Afterglow (for orchestra events only) — coffee, spirits, and desserts — for 1 hour after each concert.
