Noosa Bistro originally opened as Red Back Jack's in 1994 in Cleveland's Warehouse District. Red Back Jack's moved to Mentor, Ohio in 1997, and rebranded to Noosa Bistro in 2002. Noosa is a resort town in Queensland, Australia, and reflects the owner Rob Stanovsek's Australian heritage, while providing a taste of coastal paradise to Northeast Ohio. The Rose Villa Restaurant was established in 1928 in the heart of scenic Portage Lakes, between Akron and Canton, Ohio. From the beginning, it quickly became famous for its fresh lake perch dinners. In April of 2004 I opened my first restaurant, Bistro70, located at 70 N. Saint Clair in the heart of Historic Downtown Painesville.
