The Rose Villa Restaurant was established in 1928 in the heart of scenic Portage Lakes, between Akron and Canton, Ohio. From the beginning, it quickly became famous for its fresh lake perch dinners. This tasty local tradition expanded in 1974 when Domenic and Anna Fana purchased the restaurant and renamed it Domenic’s Rose Villa. The open-air restaurant located at the top of the Lawn seating area is the perfect place to start or end your evening. This full-service restaurant and bar offer a variety of freshly prepared appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts, plus wines, spirits, and beers. The Blossom Grille is open for dinner 21-/2 hours before all Blossom Music Festival concerts and also is open for Afterglow (for orchestra events only) — coffee, spirits, and desserts — for 1 hour after each concert.
