In the heart of Ohio, two friends with restaurant experience and a love for bringing people together with memorable food and beverage began a partnership. They dreamed of an upscale bistro with affordable American fare. Neighbors and friends would find a table they could call their own and always feel welcome. Chef Todd Uhlir and Jeffrey Finklestein brought their dream to life in their hometown of Troy, Ohio with Basil’s on Market. The name was inspired by the idea of fresh, local ingredients and the restaurant’s Market Street location.

Prohibition Legendary Bourbon Bar is located inside The Postmark, in the heart of downtown Chillicothe Ohio. We have collaborated with an amazing brand Nine & Oak to bring you some delicious food options. Our menu pairs well with our bourbons along with our signature cocktails. It's the high end vibe with the delicious food & cocktails along with the live music that will keep you coming back for more! We can't wait to serve you!

This location, nestled in the trees, at the intersection of Livingston Avenue and Route 256, has expanded twice and now seats one hundred and twenty. There are only two reasons for this expansion, hard work and....the food. Authentic Italian dishes, prepared by Mama Scali and the rest of the family, Father Antonio, Frank and wife Judy, bring the faithful back time and time again.​
