In the heart of Ohio, two friends with restaurant experience and a love for bringing people together with memorable food and beverage began a partnership. They dreamed of an upscale bistro with affordable American fare. Neighbors and friends would find a table they could call their own and always feel welcome. Chef Todd Uhlir and Jeffrey Finklestein brought their dream to life in their hometown of Troy, Ohio with Basil’s on Market. The name was inspired by the idea of fresh, local ingredients and the restaurant’s Market Street location.

Prohibition Legendary Bourbon Bar is located inside The Postmark, in the heart of downtown Chillicothe Ohio. We have collaborated with an amazing brand Nine & Oak to bring you some delicious food options. Our menu pairs well with our bourbons along with our signature cocktails.
