New American Restaurants

Enjoy the talents of our students as they train to become chefs or hospitality professionals in Six Ninety One, the student-run restaurant. Named for the highway where Grayson College's Main Campus is located, "Six Ninety One" is a unique dining experience for the patron and the students who run the facility. Student chefs select a menu based on what skills are being taught that week, and student wait staff hone their fine dining serving skills while the guests enjoy a fine dining meal at a very reasonable price.

Located in the heart of the Bishop Arts District, Zen Sushi opened in 2007. Thoughtfully-crafted Japanese-American cuisine. Japanese training and technique using regional ingredients.
