Excellent find, great food and service. Unfortunately, at times you could smell the pancetta/bacon smell wafting from the kitchen. I found that a bit off putting. Also loved the music!

Four of us had dinner the day after Christmas and we were totally pleased with our entire experience. Kai who was at the bar when we arrived made us feel welcome while we waited for our table and his drinks were also top shelf. He served as our waiter as well. He provided outstanding service. All of our different pasta dishes were super delicious. The arancini that we had as our appetizer was very yummy too! We will be back the next time we’re in Longmont.

Service was great, food was excellent. Maybe just a smidge bigger portions? And maybe you want it that way, but i'd open up the curtains so it feels more open. Your space is smaller and closing them makes it more confined. But maybe you want small and intimate? We will be back!

Pleasantly surprised with our dinner at Carciofi (FYI FWIW the name is hard to remember and spell). Both myself and my fellow diner have recently been to Italy and enjoy cooking and good food. In the US, pasta is typically not something you go out to eat, unless you know it's as good or better than what you can make at home. Carciofi did very well with their pasta (al dente and creamy with pasta water) and sauce. Their mozzarella balls and meatballs were also excellent (not too dense or dry). And the bread from Babettes is always a winner. The drinks (Old Fashion) were good too, as was the service. I will gladly recommend Carciofi! Salute

AMAZING experience. The food was outstanding (the arancini and the cacio de pepe were delicious), the service and wine selection were excellent, and the drinks were superb! I'm not usually a huge dessert fan, but the tiramisu was wonderful. I just can't say enough about this place! What a great find.

Melon and prosciutto was the best we have had all summer. Arrancini was satisfying. Our group had three great pastas and the gelato, carrot cake was fresh and tasty. Nice wine selections and bread from Babettes!

I go for the specialties but you can't go wrong with build-your-own ... everything is built on house-made pastas and sauces. The bread is divine ... the salads are so beautiful I was afraid to start eating. The service was impeccable and we met the proprietor - he genuinely loves seeing people happy and full after their visit at Carciofi!

They were out of two different beers (both my first and secondary choice from their menu). We ordered appetizers, but they never came. (We weren't charged for it) The main course was fantastic and our waiter, while short staffed, did fantastic.

Pasta was delicious as well as the salad. Carrot cake was okay, but not great. We asked for the $2 bread to go with the pasta but received and got charged for the $6 bread appetizer, and didn't know bread came with the meal anyway. All in all, though, a very good meal and we will try it again.

The service felt like we were in a diner rather than a nice restaurant. Our wine bottle was opened and put on the table without an offer of a taste first, or even a pour of the first glasses. The calamari tasted like it came frozen and was reheated and the portion did not justify the price. The cesear salad was delicious, the best part of the meal. the pastas were heavily over sauced, though at least flavorful. We left feeling no need to ever return.

So yummy. We had a great time with friends. Space was a little cold, but that was better than being hot. Appetizers and pastas were so good. We live in the neighborhood and are excited to have a classy gathering spot to return to.

Ordered bruschetta and salmon bites. They were out of salmon. So we got calamari instead of salmon bites. Also ordered the gnocchi with salmon and veggies. (They did have salmon fillets for that dish). Bruschetta was excellent. Calamari was ok. I wouldn’t order the gnocchi dish again but it was also fine. The old fashioned was also excellent with their use of orange and spices!! We were at a table for two between a table of 4 and another table of two. There is barely 3 feet between the tables and we might as well have been sitting with the party of two since their whole conversation was loud and clear including the ‘f’ bombs she was dropping. No clue. It’s also very dark in there so perfect for date night. I was with a friend. Overall I may try it again but not sure.

Good food. Could have much better bread for a pasta place. (Babettes?!!!) Lovely waitress. Very tiny though. Some inconsiderate patrons were cackling loudly. We tried the bar area - but that was super noisy too. We eventually sat outside, but may not be possible much longer even with heaters. Would love for them to be successful - but may need some reconfiguring to make it comfortable.
